Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Products

As a print-on-demand brand, each Chosen Vibes™ item is made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
