All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. This allows us to create each item specifically for you while reducing waste and overproduction.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production.

Canada

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production.

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after production depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Chosen Vibes™ cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at chrisoniquebancyburnett@gmail.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to help locate your order and provide updates.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
